Q. What types of documents do you notarize?

A: Legal documents, School Documents, VIN Verifications, I-9 Forms, Power of Attorney, Wills, Trust, Orders of Protection, Restraining Orders, Loan Documents, International Documents, Photocopy Attestations, 

Q. What is your availability?

A. I am very easy to book an appointment with. You are welcome to call or text or if you would rather use my online booking tool below, you are welcome to do so. Most of my work is at the last minute so its easy to choose an appointment in advance. 

Q. Where are you located? 

A. St. Petersburg, Fl but I have office space that I can use all over the Tampa Bay area if needed, or I can come to your home, work, coffee shop of choice- you name it! 

Q. Do you offer refunds on services rendered?

A. No, I am sorry, there are no refunds on services rendered although if I sent you an invoice with an electronic payment fee on it and you pay with a check, I will be sending you a refund of that fee. 

Q. Do you help with passports? 

A. Sadly, I cannot help you with your passport unless you need something notarized for it. The passport offices will not allow a notary to go and take care of your passport for you. You have to do that in person. The quickest office that I know of in the Tampa Bay Area is at Tampa International in the same building but with its own door as the post office. 

Q. How do you identify my identity?

A. I use a valid, current state or government issued ID. If you do not have one, reach out and I can tell you the process to get a new and updated ID. 

Q. Do you do remote online notarizations?

A. Yes I do. You need to email me the document by attaching it to the contact form below and a copy of your ID. And then please book an online notary appointment with me (button is featured below.). 

Q. Do you help with Apostilles? 

A. YES, I love to help with Apostilles, Document Certification and Embassy Legalization.

Q. Do you notarize Notice of Commencement?

A. Yes, I do.
