What is an Apostille?
Defined:
An Apostille (pronounced “ah-po-steel”) is a French word meaning certification. An Apostille is simply the name for a specialized certificate, issued by the Secretary of State. The Apostille is attached to your original document to verify it is legitimate and authentic so it will be accepted in one of the other countries who are members of the Hague Apostille Convention.
How Does My Service Work?
I am happy to help you in person if I am local to you or if not, I have the ability to help anyone from anywhere in the world via my remote online platform. I prefer a phone call/zoom ahead of time and to see the documents so I can give accurate pricing as each Apostilled document is different. (This includes all 50 States.)
The way it works is you contact me either in the US 1-727-667-7879 or use the same number for WhatsApp/Signal if you are outside the US. Zoom is also an option.
Once we figure out how we are working together either remote or in person and I see the documents so I know exactly what they need to have done to them I can give you accurate pricing.
When we meet either online or in person I will do exactly what we discussed and then I will send the documents to my contact in Tallahassee who will help expedite the process.
In a few days time your documents will be back to you or wherever it is that you need it to go.
Turn around time (excluding weekends and holidays) once we get everything moving should not be more than a week.

Watching your documents very closely as they are in transit and providing updates along the way is a standard thing I do for each client.
Because many of these variables are not the same, this is why I cannot quote pricing without seeing the documents and speaking with you ahead of time.
I want to use your service but I do not speak English.
If the languages spoken provide barriers to getting this work accomplished there will be an additional fee for me to bring a translator into the transaction to make sure everything is completely understood. We will find a way to get your documents apostilled!
Federal Apostille/certification
Federal Apostille/Certification from the US Department of State
As soon as your documents leave Tallahassee or whatever state they were apostilled in, we will send them to my courier in the DC area. She will look over the documents to make sure they are ready to go to the US Department of State. This happens via FedEx and you will have a tracking number and will receive updates the entire way. (This will be the third set of experienced eyeballs that will look over your documents to make sure everything is correct.)
Next your Documents will go to the US Department of State
Your documents will be hand delivered to the correct person at the US Department of State that handles Apostilles and Certifications. This part of the process will take several weeks. Unfortunately we cannot rush this part of the process. When my courier drops them off she leaves them with a paid envelope to go back to her. When they are ready, my courier will either send them back or take them to the correct Embassy that your documents need to be blessed by next. An example of what you can expect to receive is pictured.
Blessing of the Documents by the Embassy
As soon as your documents leave the US Department of State they will go to the proper Embassy to be blessed before being returned to you. The cost and the timeline varies depending on which Embassy they need to go to. My courier will pick them up as soon as they are finished.
Once the process is finished:
My courier will pick up the documents as soon as they are blessed by the embassy and will send them back out wherever they need to go. If its within the US they will be shipped back to you via FedEx the next business day. If they need to be shipped internationally they will go via DHL.

3. You will have tracking numbers and you will receive updates throughout the process from me.

Step 1
Please fill out the form below and attach your documents to your email that you are sending me. (The paperclip button will allow you to attach documents.) Please give me an idea of what you are needing to have done and your timeline. You may also call or text through Signal or WhatsApp if that is easier. 727-667-7879.
Step 2
Please schedule a time with me. Plan to spend anywhere from 30-45 minutes with me unless your case is more complicated or you have a lot of documents. This might take a little bit longer. Also please have your government issued ID ready when I arrive. Also please give me the address of where you want your documents sent to when they leave Tallahassee or Washington DC. We will ship them world wide but need a good address ahead of time so I can print shipping labels. Step 3
When we meet - I will come to you wherever it is most convenient for you to meet. Please have your ID ready and if you need witnesses, please have them handy as well. If I need to provide witnesses, my witnesses charge $50 per witness. Also please have a clean spot at the table where we can work. If I need to print your documents to bring them with me, its $1.00 per page to print.
Step 4
I've now notarized your documents. You will see me package them in a nice, tidy package that will be sent to my courier in Tallahassee when I leave your house/office/office/etc. She will receive them the next business day and hand deliver them to the Secretary of State's office and pick them up and ship them out the very next day. What you can expect from me is tracking numbers and regular updates to either your text or your email to let you know exactly where your documents are at all times.
