Who is Amanda Loeffler?

I'm am happily married to Jake, we have 5 awesome kids, I'm a Chef by Trade and happen to have a Bachelors Degree in Business and Organizational Leadership. I'm working toward opening www.simplicityglutenfree.com  but with the supply chain issues, folks not really wanting to work and other barriers I chose to start offering Notary Services to help me serve the community and meet goals ahead of opening our restaurant.

I had the privilege of speaking to the students of the College of Business and Women on the Way at St. Petersburg College on 2/15/2023. This amazing community college took a hot mess like me and turned me into a graduate who can open and run her own business. Please enjoy my story!
